    I want to speak to an Australian member of your staff who is understands the procedure to transfer money from my Australian account to family accounts in the United Kingdom. I specifically ask for a local as I have had information from a “call centre” in England who said I could transfer between accounts with HSBC branches without charge and a “call centre” in India who said that there was a charge of $25.00 for the same procedure
    So I am hoping that you have someone in your branch who knows what is going on
